From The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo to the Girl with the Vegan Menu!

Actress Rooney Rooney MaraMara has gone vegan! She’s gone from being The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo to the Girl with the Vegan Menu! She just celebrated her new movie Ain’t Them Bodies Saints at the Sundance Film Festival where she indulged in cabbage spring rolls, green tea sorbet with berries and forbidden tofu, which is made with crispy tofu, aromatic black rice, coconut eggplant, Thai basil and lychee vinaigrette. In a recent interview she said  “Of course I eat, I eat a lot. I love to eat. But I’m a vegan. I eat all the time. I even eat bread – especially if it’s good and if I get it free.” So how does the petite actress keep her figure and maintain her 24 inch waistline? Mara gives all the credit to her vegan lifestyle. During the festival, she also hosted a vegan dinner party for the cast of her film. Mara has not been outspoken about her veganism until now.
